Designed in 1995, by American Richard Bigler, Tagaytay Highlands International Golf Club, is a unique golf course, located in the Tagaytay region of the Philippines. The Highland Course is a very scenic mountain course and as one would anticipate from a course designed on mountainous terrain, there are plenty of changes in elevation. In fact, some of the changes of elevation can be quite extreme and there are also plenty of blind shots to deal with during a round.
