Thanont Golf View & Sports Club is situated on the outskirts of Bangkok and takes around 50 minutes to reach coming from downtown. Several large shopping malls in the area provide accompanying non-golfers have a variety of things to do.

A long and accurate tee shot is needed to have a par chance and avoid the out-of-bounds left and large bunker complex to the right. The approach shot requires a long iron or fairway wood to a reasonably open green. The Bangkok golf course signature holes are the long par-4 9th and the par-5 18th. At both holes, players have to negotiate a vast lake which protects the green.
