Silk Path Dong Trieu Golf Course, designed by
Sir Nick Faldo, is set to become one of Vietnam's premier golf destinations, with completion in 2024.
Located near Ha Long Bay, it will offer golfers a unique experience combining play and sightseeing. The course features 27 holes, including an 18-hole championship layout suitable for international tournaments and a 9-hole course ideal for beginners.
As Dong Trieu district seeks to boost local tourism, the golf course will significantly contribute to regional economic development by attracting both domestic and international golfers. This project is part of a broader initiative to transform Dong Trieu into a cultural and tourist hub, leveraging its rich history and natural resources.
In addition to the golf course, plans include high-end accommodations and entertainment facilities, which will create jobs and enhance local incomes. The Silk Path Golf Course Joint Stock Company aims to establish a comprehensive destination that promotes Vietnam's beauty while catering to the growing number of golf enthusiasts.
