The scenically stunning and challenging JA Jebel Ali Golf Resort is the third oldest golf course in Dubai. Designed by Harradine, it covers an area of 6375 yards and is a 9-hole, par 36 layout. Each hole is lined with exotic trees, shrubs, original desert flora, wooden gazebos and a saltwater lake that comes into play on five holes.
Its unique landscape is characterised by the presence of wildlife, including peacocks, guinea fowls, partridges and the Arabian gazelle, adding to its scenic beauty. The JA Jebel Ali golf course has also hosted the Omega Dubai Desert Classic and the Jebel Ali 'Challenge Match' in which best players including Tiger Woods, Ernie Els and Colin Montgomerie have strolled the fairways.
